Do study on competitors is mandatory because when you launch your product it's necessary to find what people are selling what they are selling that product, how much sales they generate, how their products solve people's issues, and how your product is unique from your competitors. And you know your weakness and strength. E.g shipping time, product quality, prices, and so more… based on these things it will be easy for you to build the ads campaign

You see, when you recall something it's because of something special or horror moments. so, create ad campaigns based on stories because people like stories and believe in them and it's easy to remember someone’s story. It will be effective to present your product in the form of a story in front of your audience to connect your audience and you will build credibility and trust with your customers.

5 Channels

Every channel has different people most of the time e-commerce targeted audience uses Instagram tiktoks and Facebook but when you talking about selling courses LinkedIn will work more powerfully than Instagram and so on, after finalizing your targeted customers you will get the idea of where and how you should run your ads campaign and how it will work because every channel has its own value, audience.

6 Tactical Plan

You create a business plan based on all the above factors that’s what the targeted audience, what are your niches, on which platform you will do marketing tools you will use, and more.. all these things should be in your plan which helps you to execute the marketing campaign.

7.  Optimization

When you finalize to start your business and you are done with all the above factors how you will measure and evaluate on what basis? Until and unless you measure all the factors because it’s necessary for you to optimize/ measure how much your conversion rate is what’s your revenue. And helps you to give you the best results.
